Equilibrium and kinetic studies on MB adsorption by ultrathin 2D MoS₂nanosheets

The MoS₂ultrathin nanosheets display excellent adsorption ability towards removal of Methylene Blue (MB) from aqueous solution, showing a maximum adsorption capacity of 146.43 mg g^-1within 300 seconds. Moreover, the adsorbent can be readily cleaned for reuse by washing with deionized water.
